  • We act as an appointed representative / agent of Autoprotect Administration Limited (Company Number 05283776), which administers the warranties.
  • By using the Website or purchasing a policy, you agree to these Terms. Warranties are governed by their separate Policy Wording.

  • Systems Direct Limited is an appointed representative of Autoprotect Administration Limited.
  • Autoprotect Administration Limited (or the relevant underwriter) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can check this on the FCA Register at www.fca.org.uk.

4. Warranty Products

  • All warranties are provided and administered by Autoprotect Administration Limited (or appointed underwriter).
  • Products are subject to eligibility criteria (vehicle age, mileage, condition, service history, etc.).
  • Full details, including cover levels, limits, excesses, and terms, are in the Policy Document provided at purchase.
  • Prices shown are indicative and subject to underwriting acceptance.

5. Conditions for Warranty Validity – Repairer / Contractor Rules

Your warranty remains valid only if the following are met:

  • The vehicle is serviced and repaired strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and schedule.
  • All work is carried out by a suitably qualified VAT-registered garage or repairer.
  • Manufacturer-approved or equivalent quality parts and fluids are used.
  • Full documentary evidence (detailed invoices showing parts, labour, mileage, and VAT) is retained for the entire warranty period.
  • For claims: Prior authorisation from Autoprotect Administration Limited must be obtained (except in genuine emergencies).
  • No unauthorised modifications, racing, or neglect.

Breach of these conditions may invalidate the warranty (in whole or in part).

6. Sales, Payment & Cancellation

  • Purchases are subject to acceptance by the underwriter/administrator.
  • Payment is processed securely; full payment is required upfront.
  • You have a statutory cooling-off period (usually 14–30 days depending on the product and sale method) to cancel for a full refund, subject to no claims having been made.
  • Cancellation after the cooling-off period may incur fees or pro-rata charges.

7. Claims Procedure

  • Contact Autoprotect Administration Limited promptly with policy details, service history, and evidence.
  • Repairs must usually be carried out by approved or authorised repairers.
  • We/Autoprotect reserve the right to inspect the vehicle or direct repairs.

8. Exclusions & Limitations

  • Standard exclusions apply (wear & tear, pre-existing faults, misuse, lack of maintenance, cosmetic damage, etc.).
  • Maximum claim limits and aggregate caps apply as stated in the policy schedule.

9. Customer Obligations

  • Provide truthful information at application.
  • Maintain the vehicle properly and keep service records.
  • Notify changes (e.g., vehicle modifications, ownership transfer) where required.

10. Liability

  • We act as agent; liability for the insurance contract sits with Autoprotect Administration Limited / the underwriter.
  • Website provided "as is"; we are not liable for interruptions or reliance on information (except as required by law).
  • Our total liability is limited where permitted.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • See our separate Privacy Policy. Data is processed in line with GDPR and shared with Autoprotect Administration Limited for policy administration.

12. General

  • Governing law: England and Wales.
  • We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • If any part is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
