What does the Essential warranty cost?

What cars can you cover?

Petrol, diesel, hybrid and fully electric cars up to 15 years old or 150,000 miles, with a minimum vehicle value of £1,000. A good service history is required.

How much does the warranty pay out?

Up to £1,000 per claim, and you can make as many claims as you need within the 12 months — up to the total value of your car. Labour is paid at £75 + VAT per hour.

Do I have to use one of your garages?

How do I make a claim?

Call our claims line on 01279 456 500 before any repair work is started. Don't get work done before we've authorised a diagnostic — doing so will invalidate your claim.

What about pre-existing faults?

We don't cover faults that existed before your policy started. Trying to take out a warranty knowing there is a pre-existing fault will be identified, claims withheld, and any premium paid will be lost.

Can I cancel my policy?
